The property is a terraced house in LS4. It has 4 floors including the basement which has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic is also a large room which is currently configured to have 3 single beds. The ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/living room. It features a 3-person sofa, a large dining table and a breakfast bar.
Parking is available in front of the property on the street. There are no parking restrictions and it is free to park. It isn’t a busy street for parking and there is often space to park either right in front of the house or just along the street. The surrounding streets are also free on-street parking if you have more than one vehicle.
You will have access to the full property.
We won’t be available in person during your stay. However, we’ll be available to assist you throughout the day and most of the evening via message or phone calls. In case of any issues that require an in-person presence, we have a network of tradespeople and companies that we work with. They will be available to assist you based on their availability.
