Welcome to our spacious and modern house, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant heart of Newcastle city centre. With 4 bedrooms and the capacity to sleep 10 people, this property is the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends looking to explore all that Newcastle has to offer. We are located on Westgate road just a 5 minute drive from St James' stadium and Newcastle city centre. This property is a spacious 4 bedroom flat with 2 sofabeds meaning it can sleep up to 10 people. There is a large dining table in the dining room which also doubles up as a pool table. The property is light and airy and is on a main road. If you need to park a vehicle then there is ample on street parking on the road to the side of the property. We offer self check in so you will be welcome to come and go as you please. I am not available in person however we work with a team of local contractors who can usually get out to you within 24 hours if there is something that needs their attention. My team as also always on hand to help out should you have any questions. We hope you enjoy your time at our property and kindly ask that you treat it with respect. Please be mindful of the neighbours and avoid excessive noise, parties, or any anti-social behaviour. We welcome all respectful and considerate guests. Refundable Damage Deposit This property requires a £200 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
