The space
Two of the bedrooms each have single beds in them and one room has a king bed. There is one bathroom although this is split into a shower room and toilet making it more convenient for groups. The living room has a smart TV and two 3 seater sofas that each fold out to double beds. The dining room leads out to the garden and currently has a 4 seater dining table however this will soon be doubled to 8 seats. Out front the driveway has room for 1/2 cars as well as there being plenty of room on the street for extra vehicles.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property excluding the garage which is used for private storage. The garden can be accessed through the door at the rear of the property.
