One two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on St Mary's Gate in the Lace Market, sleeping four adults, with everything in the rate. From £110 a night, all in — the lowest published figure of any city we cover.
It suits people staying a fortnight or a season rather than a night: relocating professionals, consulting and project pairs on a client site, corporate travellers who have had enough of hotel rooms, and academics in for a term at Nottingham Trent.
The honest bit, up front. There is no parking, the apartment does not take children and it does not take pets. If any of those is a dealbreaker, stop reading and book elsewhere — we would rather lose the enquiry than waste your afternoon.
What you get instead is a city-centre postcode you can walk out of, two bathrooms for two colleagues, and a price published on the page. Not one operator on the first page of results for this search shows you a nightly rate at all.
How much is serviced accommodation in Nottingham?
From £110 a night, all in. That is £771 for seven nights in a whole two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Lace Market, including bills, wi-fi, linen and the £55 clean, read live from our booking system in September 2026. Peak weeks run to £171 a night. The table below gives the real totals by length and date.
Same working day, with the real total rather than a from-rate — or a plain no if it is already booked. From £110 a night all in, two-night minimum, £200 refundable deposit, self check-in from 3pm. Adults only, and no parking, so tell us now if either rules us out.
Or ring 0113 479 0251 — we answer during working hoursEvery figure below is a total divided by the nights — accommodation, bills and the one-off £55 clean, all of it.
| Length of stay | Total | Per night, all in | The window this came from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Two nights The shortest booking we take | £239 | £119.50 | Checking in 11 January 2027 |
| Three nights | £332 | £110.67 | Checking in 11 January 2027 |
| One week Weekly discount applied | £792 | £113.14 | Checking in 11 January 2027 |
| Four weeks Monthly discount applied | £3,413 | £121.89 | Checking in 11 January 2027 |
| One week, peak Early December | £1,194 | £170.57 | Checking in 7 December 2026 |
The lowest week we found anywhere in the scan was £771 for seven nights from 5 October, which is £110.14 a night. The dearest was £1,194. The date matters far more than the length.
Read directly from the Stayful booking system on 13 September 2026, across twenty-four consecutive weekly windows out to March 2027. Twenty-three of the twenty-four were bookable — the best availability anywhere in our portfolio, and the reason this page exists. They are a snapshot rather than a promise: send your actual dates and we will quote the real total, which then does not move.
Most serviced accommodation pages promise that a longer booking drops the nightly rate. At this apartment it does not, and you would find that out at quote anyway.
Same apartment, same check-in of 11 January 2027: £110.67 a night for three nights, £113.14 for a week, £121.89 for four weeks. The month is dearer per night than the long weekend.
The discounts are real and applied automatically. What happens is that the underlying nightly rate rises as the booking runs further into the year, and that rise outweighs the discount.
Where a longer stay does win is against a hotel over the same period, because the kitchen, the washing machine and the second bedroom take costs out of the trip that a room rate leaves in.
The second list is what makes the first one believable, and on this page it is longer than usual.
No tenancy agreement, no referencing, no agency fee and no deposit scheme. You book dates the way you would book a hotel.
Three phrases get used for overlapping things. The distinction that matters here is not the building, it is who is on site and what you pay for them.
This is a serviced apartment. Two bedrooms on St Mary's Gate, furnished, professionally managed and cleaned between stays, let with everything switched on. If you searched serviced apartments Nottingham, this is one, and we are not going to dance around the word.
It is not an aparthotel. No reception, no housekeeping during the stay, nobody on site. You get the keys, the apartment is yours for the dates, and the rate does not carry the cost of a front desk. That is most of the reason the figure is what it is.
Serviced accommodation is the wider term covering both, plus houses and flats let on the same basis. Whichever words you used to get here — serviced accommodation Nottingham, serviced apartments Nottingham, short stay or monthly accommodation — you have landed in the right place.
Book an aparthotel if you are driving in and need to park, if there are children or a dog, if you want housekeeping mid-stay, or if you want a staffed reception. Those are real advantages and we will not argue with any of them. Talk to us if you want two bedrooms and two bathrooms rather than a studio, a full kitchen rather than a kitchenette, a walkable city-centre postcode, and a price you can check before you pick up the phone.
One thing worth saying plainly, because the rest of this market does not. We have a single apartment in Nottingham. An operator with a block will nearly always have something free; we will not. What we can do is answer the same working day rather than routing your enquiry to a partner operator first.
Consulting and project pairs. Two people on a six-week engagement, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one invoice instead of two folios. This is the booking this apartment is best at, and the second bathroom is the reason.
Relocating professionals. A completion date slipped, or the job started before the move did. Two bedrooms with no tenancy, no referencing and no agency fee, in the middle of the city.
Corporate travellers on the third or fourth trip. The point at which a kitchen and a sitting room start to matter more than a turndown service, and at which hotel bills stop making sense to a finance team.
Academics and visiting staff. Nottingham Trent's city campus is a twelve-minute walk. The University of Nottingham is twelve minutes by car or a straightforward tram ride.
People here for something at the Arena. It is a five-minute walk, which on a night when the whole city centre is busy is worth more than a car space would be.
If you are travelling with children, a pet, or a car you need to park, this is not the right property and we would rather tell you here than at quote.
Road distances and drive times routed from NG1 1QN. Nottingham's one-way system makes the driving figures considerably longer than the walk, so both are given: walking times are straight-line distance plus a third for the street pattern, at a normal pace.
| Destination | By road | Drive | On foot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Motorpoint Arena | 0.64 miles | 3 min | About 5 min |
| Old Market Square And the tram | 1.01 miles | 4 min | About 6 min |
| Nottingham Station | 1.23 miles | 4 min | About 9 min |
| Nottingham Trent University City campus | 1.14 miles | 5 min | About 12 min |
| Queen's Medical Centre | 3.59 miles | 11 min | Tram or taxi |
| Boots Campus, Beeston | 3.82 miles | 11 min | Tram or taxi |
| University of Nottingham University Park | 3.96 miles | 12 min | Tram or taxi |
| Nottingham City Hospital | 3.83 miles | 13 min | Tram or taxi |
| East Midlands Airport | 14.15 miles | 24 min | Taxi or the Skylink bus |
This is the section that answers the parking problem. The station is a nine-minute walk and Old Market Square about six. The gap between the four-minute drive and the six-minute walk to the square is the one-way system, not the distance — it is 0.22 miles as the crow flies. For a stay of a fortnight or more without a car, that postcode is worth more than a parking space would be.
If you are arriving by car and need to leave it somewhere, the honest answer is that you will be paying a city-centre car park for the duration. Factor it in before you book, not after.
The Lace Market apartment is the one this page is about. We also manage a three-bedroom house at Long Eaton, ten miles out towards Derby, which was booked solid across every date we checked to March — it is here because it does come free, and because showing you the real portfolio beats hiding the part you cannot have. Each card goes to the live listing with its own calendar.
Three of these eight rows go the aparthotel's way and one is a straight draw. Parking, children and pets are genuine losses for us and they are in the table rather than buried further down.
The second row is the one worth dwelling on. Every operator ranking above us for this search makes you enquire before you learn the price.
Deposit. £200, fully refundable after the stay.
Cancellation. Stated in writing at the point of quote, before you pay anything, mirroring the policy applied to the same apartment on the platforms. Honestly: a hotel on a flexible rate will beat us on same-day cancellation, and if your dates are genuinely uncertain that is a fair reason to book one.
Extensions. Tell us as early as you can. Availability here is unusually good — twenty-three of twenty-four weeks were free when we checked — so an extension is more likely to work than at most of our properties. We still cannot guarantee it, and we will tell you early rather than at the last minute.
Invoicing. One invoice, matched to a purchase order or a cost centre, with thirty-day terms for approved accounts.
Stayful manages around 70 properties across 45+ areas of England and has hosted more than 10,000 nights. Co-founded by Zac Harrison and Martyn Butler. We manage the Lace Market apartment ourselves rather than brokering it, so the person who answers the phone is the person who deals with the boiler. Several of the operators ranking above us for this search hold no property at all and place you with a partner — a legitimate model, but not the same thing, and worth knowing which you are getting.
4.6 out of 5 from 21 Google reviews. That is the company-level rating from our Google Business Profile and it is the figure our structured data publishes.
Separately, guests score individual categories across the portfolio on Airbnb, over more than 10,000 nights hosted:
Airbnb guest category scores across the Stayful portfolio, September 2026. These are category scores, not an overall company rating, and we do not present them as one.
Read the communication figure as operational reliability rather than hospitality. With nobody on site, how fast somebody answers is the whole service.
A late arrival, or somewhere to leave bags before three. A desk you can actually work at. An invoice to a purchase order. A stay that runs longer than you first booked. Most of that we can sort, and availability here is good enough that extensions usually work. What we cannot do is parking, children or pets — those are fixed, and if any of them applies then a central aparthotel is the better answer and we will say so rather than take the booking. Send the dates and the requirements together and you will get a straight answer the same working day.
From £110 a night, all in. That is £771 for seven nights in a whole two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Lace Market, with bills, wi-fi, linen and the £55 clean inside the figure.
Read from our booking system on 13 September 2026 across twenty-four weekly windows. Nottingham prices by season — the dearest week we found was £1,194, which is £170.57 a night.
No. There is no parking at the property, and the listing shows paid parking off premises as the only option. We are not going to dress that up.
What makes it workable is that you probably do not need a car. Old Market Square is about a six-minute walk, the railway station about nine, and the tram runs from the square. If you are driving in and need to leave a car somewhere, budget for a city-centre car park for the whole stay.
No. This apartment is listed for adults only, so it is not suitable for a family stay.
If you are travelling with children, a central aparthotel will serve you better and several Nottingham operators have family rooms. We would rather say that now than at quote.
Not at this apartment. It is listed as no pets and we are not going to make an exception and hope for the best.
It is a serviced apartment and it is not an aparthotel. Two bedrooms on St Mary's Gate in the Lace Market, furnished, managed and cleaned between stays.
The difference from an aparthotel is that there is no reception, no housekeeping during your stay and nobody on site. You get the keys and the apartment is yours, and the rate does not carry the cost of a front desk.
Yes, all of them. Gas, electricity, water, council tax and wi-fi are inside the nightly figure, along with linen, towels and the one-off £55 end-of-stay clean.
You are staying as a guest rather than renting as a tenant, so no utility account is opened in your name and you are never on the council tax bill however long you stay.
Two nights, consistently, across every date we checked out to March 2027. It does not move around the way it does at some of our other properties.
Not necessarily, and we would rather say so than let you find out at quote. Weekly and monthly discounts are applied automatically, but seasonal pricing often rises faster than the discount.
A worked example from our own system, same apartment, checking in 11 January 2027: £110.67 a night over three nights, £113.14 over a week, £121.89 over four weeks.
The railway station is 1.23 miles by road, a four-minute drive or about a nine-minute walk. Old Market Square is 1.01 miles by road but only 0.22 miles as the crow flies, so it is about a six-minute walk.
The gap between those figures is Nottingham's one-way system rather than the distance. Motorpoint Arena is roughly five minutes on foot.
Queen's Medical Centre is 3.59 miles and about eleven minutes by car. Nottingham City Hospital is 3.83 miles and thirteen minutes. The University of Nottingham is 3.96 miles and twelve minutes.
Nottingham Trent's city campus is the walkable one, at 1.14 miles or about twelve minutes on foot. The others are a tram or taxi ride rather than a walk.
More likely than most of our properties. Twenty-three of the twenty-four weekly windows we checked out to March 2027 were bookable, which is the best availability anywhere in our portfolio.
That said, there is one apartment. An operator with a block of fifty units will nearly always have something; we will not. We will tell you the same working day either way.
Yes. One invoice for the whole booking, matched to a purchase order or a cost centre, with thirty-day terms for approved accounts.
That is usually the reason a consulting pair or a project team ends up here rather than in two hotel rooms — one line on the expenses rather than two folios reconciled at month end.
We answer calls during working hours. With one apartment, a phone call gets you an answer faster than anything else.
