• No listing fee. 10% commission, and only when a guest books.
• 0% for your first 6 months when you connect your channel manager (Uplisting, Guesty, Hostaway or Smoobu) within 7 days of signing up.
• Guests pay you directly through Stripe, straight to your bank. Our commission is kept back automatically, so there is nothing to invoice.
• Your prices and calendar come from your channel manager, so there is nothing to keep up to date twice. No channel manager? Add your calendar link and price each request yourself.
• Your own host profile, and guests' messages come straight to you.

How it works

1. Send us a link to one of your listings, from your own website or a booking site.
2. We build a private preview of your home in Stayful's design, usually within one working day. Nobody else can see it.
3. In your partner portal, set up payouts, connect your channel manager and choose to go live.
